Maze Forge — Terms of Service
Last updated: 2026-05-10
By installing or using Maze Forge ("the app") you agree to these terms. If you don't, please uninstall the app.
Licence
Maze Forge is provided to you under a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app for non-commercial purposes on devices you own or control. The app is licensed, not sold.
In-app purchases
The app offers a single one-time "Pro" unlock as a managed product through the app store on your device. All purchases are final and processed by the platform vendor. Refund requests are handled directly by Apple (on iOS) or Google (on Android) under their respective refund policies — see Apple's refund process or the Google Play refund policy. We do not process refunds directly.
If you purchase Pro on one device, you can restore that purchase on any other device signed in to the same Apple ID (iOS) or Google account (Android) by tapping "Restore" on the paywall.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the app, except to the extent applicable law expressly permits.
- Distribute, sublicense, or sell copies of the app.
- Bypass the paywall to unlock Pro features without a valid app store purchase.
Disclaimer
The app is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. We don't guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with every device.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of your use of the app is limited to the amount you paid for it in the twelve months preceding the claim — for free users, that's zero; for Pro users, the price you paid for the Pro unlock.
Changes
We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be highlighted in-app on the next launch after the update. Continued use of the app after a change constitutes acceptance.
